Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the Support Group and ensuring that operations is running well, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers.
He/she is also responsible in ensuring and improving the performance, productivity and efficiency of the group’s operations through effective methods and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of group’s mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and sales functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
- People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team
- With background in eletrical & lighting products
- Knowledge in Netsuite or SAP is an advantage
