Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides corporate, professional and courteous reception services.
- Provides general administrative and clerical support services.
- Maintains accurate inventory record of office supplies to ensure availability of stocks.
- Assist in various HRD and other departments activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge of Facilities management systems and procedures with exposure in basic Safety implementation
- Working knowledge of office equipment and minor repair/maintenance works
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Above average verbal and communications skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- College degree: with 2- 3 years experience in Facilities Management
