Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provide general support and assistance in terms of creation, coordination, reporting and filing of delivery documents needed for the effective and efficient performance of External Section's key processes.
- Generates delivery itinerary for Drivers and Delivery Helpers assigned in a particular route.
- Encode, generate and send delivery reports to the respective sales group.
- Monitor delivery member en route to customer for timely delivery and meet customer expectation.
- Receive and validate shipping transactions through shipping confirmation forms.
- Maintain and continuously update relevant database.
- Maintain files and monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate with Supervisor on needed services.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 1-2 years experience in Warehouse Management
- Willing to be assigned in 5th Ave. Caloocan
