Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible on sourcing/canvassing and purchasing for non-trade items needed by different groups in their daily operations. Deals/negotiate with local suppliers for the best price, discounts and payment terms of non-trade requirements.
- Sources out and canvasses for non-trade items and negotiates for the best price, discounts and payment terms in order to recommend the best supplier who can provide the items.
- Places the orders needed by the customers to facilitate the processing of the item requirements and to serve immediately to customers.
- Constantly communicates and builds a relationship with the suppliers to provide the Company with quality service with all transactions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
