Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the housekeeping staff
- Come up with more efficient housekeeping techniques
- Reach target of Customer Service Satisfaction
- Track day to day problems in housekeeping
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel rooms and other spaces.
- Follows cleaning procedures and schedule.
- Accommodates all guests’ requests regarding cleanliness of the hotel room(Laundry, Ironing etc.?).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3-5 years in housekeeping
- Physical ability to use the standard cleaning tools (mop, broom etc.)
- Has a keen eye on details, especially on proper cleanliness
- Flexible with working schedule
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service
- Efficient management skills
