ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to expand the company's successful business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, Design, Implement, and collaborate technical ideas and solutions to fellow colleagues and to top management to advance the company's technological services
• Act as a technical lead on concurrent initiatives, ensuring projects are completed while meeting business requirements with an exceptional level of quality.
• Improve the workflow efficiency and automation systems of the company by applying learned Machine Learning techniques & advanced business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with the company's top engineers to shape and drive the direction of technological advancement in regards to analytics, warehousing, mining, reporting, and business intelligence

Professional Background

• Degree holder in fields and programs such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc
• 2 - 3 years of experience in end-to-end data analytics, warehousing, dashboard generation, and KPI reports
• Experience working with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and to design, develop, and implement an automated tool or solution.

• Has the ability to transform technical data and information into concrete and applicable solutions and be able to communicate it well to stakeholders & management.
• Data-driven, tech-focused, and analytical perspective on coming up with automated and efficient solutions
• Passionate about data. Loves to tackle any problem, solution, idea, a project with data being the priority

Skills & Knowledge

• Mastery over visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in designing and delivering data warehousing solutions.
• First-hand creation of automated solutions in previous experiences
• Experience in data mining, data processing and data analytics using Python
• Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
