ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Data Intelligence Specialist to expand the company's successful business.

Responsibilities

• Manage key BI decisions and solutions through development, testing, implementation, analytics, designing, and collaborating with stakeholders
• Act as a technical lead on concurrent initiatives, ensuring projects are completed while meeting business requirements with an exceptional level of quality.
• Apply and implement Machine Learning and Business Intelligence techniques in evolving and improving the workflow efficiency and automation system of the company.
• Shape and drive the development of Business Intelligence structures such as data warehousing, reporting, analytics, and algorithms by collaborating with top engineers in the company

Professional Background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, other quantitative fields from top universities.
• 3 - 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Software Development.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and to design, develop, and implement an automated tool or solution.

• Has the ability to transform technical data and information into concrete and applicable solutions and be able to communicate it well to stakeholders & management.
• Data-driven, tech-focused, and analytical perspective on coming up with solutions, problems, ideas, & projects

Skills & Knowledge

• Experience in Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Experience in designing and delivering data warehousing solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing process automation solutions.
• Knowledge of core financial processes (e.g., accounting, billing, collections) or financial systems.
• Experience in data mining, data processing and data analytics using Python
• Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
