ZEN Rooms, one of the fastest-growing startups in Southeast Asia, is searching for a Senior Campaign Manager to implement and create innovative campaign initiatives for the growth and success of the company.

About the Role

The Senior Campaign manager is responsible for creating and executing innovative, creative, and efficient campaigns for the company's overall brand. S/he must be able to lead initiatives that will market ZEN's competitive advantage to our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize lead acquisition and ROI data by actively designing, implementing, and managing user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Analyze end-to-end campaign user data and set up KPIs, goals, and future initiatives based on data-driven performance results.
• Acquire and generate quality and efficient results of each campaign over time by conducting performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, and landing page testing.
• Draw up innovative and unique campaign initiatives to test and maximize effectiveness in driving customers to several marketing channels

Academic and Work Experience

• At least 4 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on positive campaign initiative results and increased ROI and PPC results
• Must be a degree holder of Marketing, Advertising, and related fields

Mindset and Attitude

• Approaching acquisition, generation, and data-driven results of each campaign initiative with an enthusiastic and motivated manner
• Demonstrate the ability to draw up long term campaign initiatives to produce a sustainable ROI over time.
• High intensity and energy mindset to deal with a fast-paced company while experiencing challenges every day
• Able to see the bigger picture on how a single project or campaign will have a dramatic effect on the business and the department

Skill Sets

• Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions and producing efficient results.
• Proficient in the use of different social media ads. (Facebook, Google, Youtube, Instagram, Bing, etc)
• Certifications on proficiency in Google Adwords & Analytics are preferred
