ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to expand the company's successful business through key data solutions and process improvement of business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and pioneer the growth of the company's business rooting from key data analytics and visualization to present clear and informative business solutions to determine future decisions that will increase the growth of the company
• Partner with top stakeholders and management to manage the end-to-end business solution from the decision of the results from data processing, analyzing, and visualizing leading ultimately to dashboard and KPI Reports set up.
• Use machine learning techniques and next-level technical tools to manage data sets and process them accordingly to get the best results for the growth of the company
• Handle huge streams of data sets and act on it accordingly with producing dashboards and ultimately presenting KPIs for business decisions

What profile are we looking for?

• Flexibility to handle directional changes and support multiple projects while maintaining day-to-day business support in a consistent and efficient manner
• Ability to comprehensively understand data elements, sources, and relationships
• Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate to maximize the potential of data solutions

Academic and Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a tech field such as IT, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, etc
• At least a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence systems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools), must include data analysis, warehousing, visualization, dashboards & KPI reports.

Skillsets:

• Intermediate skills in BI Tools such as Tableau and Power BI, as well as having in-depth experience in Python
• Strong analytical skills; could evaluate, analyze, visualize, and present data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills
