ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Junior Finance Analyst to support the company through efficient and innovative financial systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• A financial leader in charge of the growth of ZEN in the field of financial excellence and capability
• Work together with the Accounts team to ensure precise and punctual scheduling of hotel AP/AR processes
• Combines and prepares numerous financial statements to assist numerous invoices and billings between the company and the supplier
• Supervise the reconciling of financial inconsistencies diligently with ZEN's partners and informing them promptly of any troubling discoveries
• Increase the efficiency of the current financial processes to implement and attain adequate and effective workflows expanding the growth and market of the company

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Graduate from a TOP university with a course related to accounting and finance
• MUST have 1 to 2 working experience when it comes to financial analysis, preferred on invoices, billings, reconcilements, etc
• Work experience in local accounting and auditing firms is an advantage as well as having a background on Payables

Mindset and Attitude:

• Articulate in detail in gathering financial data and come up with the appropriate financial statements to reconcile with the AP/AR of the company
• Extensive imagination when it comes to seeing/visualize the potential effects of a series of financial transactions made by the company
• Adaptable to the ever-changing and fast-paced challenges experienced by the company on a daily basis
• Performs well given a strict timeline for deadlines as well as the ability to work under pressure

Skill Sets

• Mastery of the main financial procedures and controls
• Can converse fluently in English and Filipino
• Excellent skills and capabilities in Microsoft Office & Excel
