ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Customer Relationship Officer to implement and create strategic ways to deliver the best customer service. .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in an international environment, communication with sales and account management teams across 5 countries of ZEN Rooms operation
• Responsible for committed deliverables and accountable to colleagues for the success of the team and for customer service
• Management of inbound and outbound telephone calls (60% - international customers/partners)
• Processing of customer inquiries, solving customers/partners problems striving to exceed expectations of customers and the team
• Identify new opportunities for improving job & team performance as well as customer satisfaction

What we are looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Experience in handling direct customer service support is a plus
• At least have 3-6 months of experience in a BPO industry
• Fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply

Mindset and Attitude

• Pro-active and self-driven students and graduates with a hands-on can-do attitude
• Able to change procedures to fit an ever-evolving operation process
• Willing to take in new learnings in a fast-paced setting

Skill Sets

• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
