ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Marketing Associate to expand its successful business.

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for working closely with marketing managers to create and implement marketing deliverables in an effective and most efficient way. You will also do research to always update your knowledge on trends suitable for ZEN Rooms. Additionally, you are to assess customer satisfaction and manage different social media platforms to reach and engage with ZEN’s target market.

Roles and responsibilities

• Head content creator responsible for social media posts and ZEN’s newsletters
• Monitor diligently community engagement on different social media platforms of ZEN Rooms
• Assist the Marketing Department to deliver excellent marketing outputs efficiently
• Collaborate with graphic designers to execute creatives and campaigns in the best possible way

Academic and Work Experience

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media, and other business-related courses
• Mailchimp experience is preferred

Mindset and Attitude

• Able to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment, specifically learning and understanding back end tools quickly
• Analytical and has a problem-solving attitude
• Competent to work under pressure and deliver tasks in a required timeline

Skill Sets

• Should be good with analyzing numbers and reporting
• Creative and has great communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
