ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for an Onboarding Manager to expand the company's successful business.

About the Role

The Deputy Head of Onboarding will head the nationwide on-boarding of all hotels, owned by ZEN Rooms. He will be responsible for managing the relationships of his personal team as well as the relationships of the partner hotels. A role for candidates who are looking to be immersed in the hotel business as well as those who want growth experienced through on-boarding process and branding.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team who on-boards various hotels across the Philippines
• Be in charge of property assignment to our team of talented and bright Onboarding Associates
• Oversee the on-boarding of all new hotels nationwide (audit, photoshoot, training)
• Onboard various Key Accounts
• Responsible for the installation of ZEN Rooms branding materials in all hotel partners

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably those of Hotel and Restaurant Management)
• 2 years experience with regards to Account Management
• Has managed a team of at least 2 people

Mindset and Attitude

• Proactive individual; always eager for new challenges

Skill Sets

• Organized and has a keen eye for details
• Great communication skills
