About the Role

The Assistant Head of Account Management will be part of a group of people that are tasked with managing all concerns of customers of the different hotels as well as the company; a role for people who are young, proactive, hustlers that are ready to experience the boom of an eCommerce startup.

Roles and Responsibilities

• On board all new hotels nationwide (audit, photoshoot, extranet training, branding)
• Work to improve customer satisfaction in all partner hotels nationwide
• Facilitate the improvement of partner hotels’ facilities and training of their staff
• Installation of ZEN Rooms branding materials in all partner hotels
• Assist photoshoots/photo editing for the company
• Key Account Management
• Point person of various Hotel Properties

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree of any field (preferably those of Hotel and Restaurant Management)
• 2 years experience with regards to Account Management
• Has managed a team of at least 2 people

Mindset and Attitude

• Proactive individual; always eager for new challenges
• Organized and has a keen eye for details

Skill Set

• Great communication skills
