ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Property Auditor to maintain the quality standards of the company
Roles and Responsibilities
- Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts
- Check that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments
- Ensure that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into PMS system
- Verify that all charges posted from ancillary revenue sources reached the correct guest folios.
- Print and file reservations for the next business day
- Ensure that all account postings and balances are double-checked
- Verify that room rates are correct and post those rates to guest accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
What profile are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- 4 years experienced employee specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent
Skill Set
- Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures
- Understand the principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts
- Knowledge on how to operate PMS software and other front office equipment
