Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and/or chats (60% - international customers/partners)
- Attend and resolve customer / partners inquiries
- Identify new methods to improve the service to the customers and the team
- Coordinate with Regional Corporate Sales and Account Management team
Kualifikasi Minimum
Completed at least 2 years College/ University degree
Minimum 1 year CSR experience in a BPO Industry
Preferably with hotel reservation experience
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Pro-active and self-driven
Excellent problem-solving skills
Can work under pressure with minimum supervisor
Must be willing to work in Makati area
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
