Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support operations in the implementation and management of the learning and development programs.
- Help ensure that employees/teams meet or exceed their performance target.
- Proactively help any department regarding learning and development programs.
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
- Analyze training needs.
- Manage and maintain training records.
- Implement performance reviews.
- Compile and maintain the talent inventory.
- Work with area managers to deliver their training needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development in a supervisory/ managerial level - planning and executing development plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in executing and tracking of compliance training
- Good understanding of how the training cycle works
- Proven organizational skills
- Proactive and can work independently
- Analytical skills coupled with good knowledge in reporting with Excel or PowerPoint
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to learn customer service techniques.
