Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Recruitment Manager will be solely responsibile for sourcing (active and passive) and interviewing candidates for ZAP. We are looking to hire at minimum 20-30 young and driven account executives and account managers in the coming months, and it is your primary role to help us achieve that.
Your main goal is simple: Help ZAP find the top talent it needs using tools available to you. You will need to be highly resourceful, know what it takes to attract talent, and know how to screen for company and culture fit.
Secondary goals: Onboarding new hires, retention programs, employee development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1-3 Years experience with sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Must have had experience facilitating at least 50 interviews
- Strong sense of self direction
- Highly resourceful in sourcing candidates
