Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and sustain safe and efficient warehouse procedures and standards.
- Monitor warehouse performance to ensure:
- Compliance to statutory and regularity requirements.
- Customers' satisfaction and profitability.
- Review and sustain procedure for proper handling of goods inside the warehouse as per customer HHSE requirements.
- Regularly check inventory reports and ensure accuracy.
- Coach Supervisors and/or Team Leaders in the effective handling of manpower.
- Monitor cost to ensure that handling expenses are within the budget.
- Monitor the effective use of assets in the warehouse.
- Spearhead campaign for quality, Kaizen, and monitor QMS implementation.
- Monitor attainment of declared Quality objectives.
- Coordinate with accredited suppliers in ensuring adherence to YLPH quality standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course, but much preferrably an enginering course.
- With training on Supply Chain Management, Leadership, Warehouse Operations, Design Layout, and Inventory Management.
- With work experience on same industry and technical knowledge.
- Willing to travel to warehouse and customer sites.
