Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Processing
- Receives truckers billing a week after transaction
- Checks attachments in truckers billing which includes truckers waybill, EIR’s, CAR, toll fee receipts, supplier documents, and other pertinent documents
- Forwards documents to respective staff on the second (2nd ) day upon receipt of truckers billing
- Updates cost in YUNAS
- Generates PR
- Prepares letter of deduction to trucker (e.g. insurance)
Monitoring
- Captures transaction from dispatch monitoring / OMS
- Monitors costing based on tariff or quotation
- Sends to Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch and Billing Team the incidental costs advise by trucker.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Graduate of Any 4 year Business Course
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A team player and possesses good Coordination skills
- Willing to be assigned in Sucat, Parañaque
