Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling of daily customer transactions to ensure that their service requirements are met and properly coordinated to the concerned department and / or network agents if / when necessary.
- Accepting clients' bookings for export, import or brokerage transactions.
- Preparing monthly production reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service specialization or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque
