Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support
- Manage contact list and customer spreadsheets
- Maintain calendar and setup meetings
- Make or book travel arrangements
- Handle client inquiries by phone, chat or email
- Market research
- Organizing and Archiving Files
- Social Media Management/Marketing
- Lead generation
