Finance and Administration Manager  

Poundit.com is looking for a detail oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Finance & Admin Manager. The person in this role will lead the areas of Financial Management, Accounting, Human Resources and Administrative functions. You will work closely with our third party back office provider who will support you in fulfilling these functions.

Responsibilities:

Finance

• Leading all aspects of financial management, accounts, reporting, and controls
• Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments required for decision making and risk mitigation
• Performing financial analysis and proposals for the management team on: improving profitability, business opportunities, cash flow management, benchmarking exercises, etc.
• Responsible for reports as required by law, regulations, and company policies
• Ensuring compliance with applicable law, standards and procedures
• Providing guidance and develop/implement tools and systems to strengthen financial controls, efficiency, and risk management
• Reviewing financial processes and procedures every 6 months

Administrative

• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
• Management and control of office, fixed assets, equipment and supplies
• Overseeing payroll and benefits for all employees
• Ensuring that human resource processes and procedures operates in line with Philippines standards and regulations.
• Overseeing on-boarding and induction of new staff

• Accounting degree
• Solid experience in a finance and administrative role
• Working experience in managing a finance team
• Has sense of ownership and initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving skills and highly analytical
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
• Deadline and results oriented
