Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage new potential clients, provide solutions according to You Express’ customers requirements.
- Exceed You Express’ sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
- Conduct high-level conversations with key decision makers at target accounts to understand their needs and demonstrate value.
- Should be able to design sales and marketing strategy for productive results.
- Work with business & marketing heads to define the overall strategy of the business.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role in technology company or related fields.
- Track record of closing complex deals and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong business acumen to understand and communicate value to potential clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with related educational background.
