Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work closely with clients, includes : visiting, approaching, & maintaining relationship with clients
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses than can benefit from company’s services
- Meet and exceed acquisition target
- Collaborate with Business and Development team over clients' needs
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Communication/Marketing/Business Administration/Management
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
- Having minimum 1 year experience in ecommerce company as sales or business development is a plus
- Active communication, result-oriented, proficient in negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Broad knowledge of sales & marketing strategy
