Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Consolidates and endorse platform(s) CI properties to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administrator
- Control and administer hardware and operating software configuration changes
- Implement changes and service request according to predefined platform and security procedures
- Prepare inputs for Service Reporting such as platform and application security risks and vulnerability, performance and problem status
- Forecast platform compute resource performance and utilization growth for Capacity Management
- Execute platform(s) Access Management; create and maintain users roles and privileges
- Perform platform(s) and application bug fixes and security patch/hardening
- Prepare level 2 Support Troubleshooting Manual
- Plan, review and update Method of Procedures (MOP)
- Set-up and update platform preventive maintenance checklist
- 24x7 On-call Incident Analyst and perform troubleshooting for escalated platforms and applications incidents
- Detect, diagnose, isolate and correct device operational failures
- Maintain awareness of new technologies that might enhance device operation, capacity and performance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have at least 1-year experience as System Administrator (OS Level)
- Must be available 24x7 on-call basis
- Willing to work in Makati and on an 8x5 schedule
