Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Beauty Advisor will be providing support for different beauty brands; Cosmetic and Skin care, and Personal Care (bath & body, oral care, hair care).
She needs to establish good relationship with clients/distributors/guests and offering them personalized advice pertinent to their specific beauty-related concern.
Duties and Responsibilities
BEAUTY CONSULTATION:
- Assess Business Owners/distributors/guests beauty needs and recommends appropriate products
- Provides product information and guides guests on how to use the products
- Operates beauty-related gadgets to support consultation
- Beauty consultation may include facial demo or simple makeover techniques as applicable to the Business Owners/guests or product being promoted
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Distribution Center beauty experience area
- May occasionally be assigned to conduct workshop, trainings and consultation in our distribution centers in Manila, CDO, Cebu, and Davao as well as events and sales caravans to support our distributors
RESEARCH:
- Assist with beauty related research and market check
WORKSHOP:
- Prepares and conducts beauty workshop for distributors/guests (skin care, makeup, personal care)
- Conducts trainings for staff to support product launches
OTHERS:
- Support activities and events of the company
- Submits reports as requires
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be living in/near Cebu City
