Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acts as a receptionist for YBO (Manila, Davao and Australia offices) for the Australian Market.
- Answers calls through Skype number for prospects and clients.
- Schedules, sets, and confirms appointments for Australia for prospect call.
- Coordinates with Manila and Davao offices for any support calls.
- Handles e-filing of all documents using from MailBigFile to HowNow.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant
- Strong English speaking skills - great phone manner
- Warm and friendly phone demeanor
- Orientated to detail and process
