Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Provide development solution(s) by implementing the right tools, codes, and project data needed to accomplish the assigned project, system, or module.
  • Participate in planning as well as in the integration of ideas and strategies for a particular project’s development solution(s).
  • Provide timeline and versioning of the development phase of the proposed project, system, or module as advised by the Project Managers and Senior Web Developers involved in the project.
  • Assure quality of the project by coordinating with Project Managers and other Web Developers involved in its implementation.
  • Perform other tasks provided by Senior Web Developers according to the project's specification and clients' needs such as:
    • Supervision of debugging.
    • Standardizing and implementing of tools, codes, etc.
  • Architect and lead the development of the publishing framework.
  • Manage projects and the team in the event the Project Manager or other Web Developers are absent.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
  • Created product manuals for documentation.
    • Conducted orientations with Training Department on how to use the software developed.
    • Released error or bug free website to clients.
  • Advanced skills in PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
    • Compliant in at least one development framework and project management application.
    • Advanced Macro or Visual Basic skills.
  • Knowledgeable on client server and internet systems architectures.
  • Understands browser-specific compatibility issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the following:
    • General data reports.
    • Manuals.
    • Technical procedures, etc.
