- Manage, supervise the direction of every construction project to make sure that the construction plan and client specifications are followed and met.
- Create a schedule for house construction and make sure that the schedule is strictly followed
- Monitor cost of construction projects and make sure that all are within budget
- Liaising with client and handling client concerns, sub-contractors, government agencies including but not limited to local government agencies
- Coordinate with and supervise construction workers
- Make inspections for safety ensuring that every job site is safe
- Prepare and check reports and make sure of its accuracy
- Implement quality control procedures
- Assist in negotiating construction contracts with sub-contractors and secure construction permits and licenses
- Make sure that the site and all job sites are clean, orderly and presentable
- Receive and check all deliveries made at the site
- Follow HOA guidelines, rules and regulations
- Assist or handle clients and prospective clients coming to the site
- Coordinate with foreman in order to make sure all construction workers are disciplined and follow company policy
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time
