- Reports directly to the Business Development Manager - New Business Direct.
- Manages the accounts to ensure customer retention.
- Achieves the annual sales target.
- Implements Client Relations and Retention programs.
- Conduct client's healthcare needs analysis and provides solutions to clients' healthcare needs.
- Secure clients' written conformity to the terms and conditions of the health care agreement.
- Submit the summary of benefits and other internal documents necessary for the implementation of the agreed healthcare program.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of ANY Medical Course (Bachelor's)
- At least two years experience in handling accounts
- Passer of Licensure Exam is an advantage but NOT a must
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
