Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintains the department's organizational structure to ensure that the team meet all goals and objectives
- To motivate the Credit Assessment Department's staff
- Measure each section if the department's productivity and performance with proper benchmarks
- Provide an ongoing training with each and every staffs of the group for them to gain. learn. and expose in relative section within the group
- Manage relations with other departments within the company
- Responsible for timely changes in the credit policy that will go along the local market trends
- Recommend and approve credit applications with or beyond the limit of specified approval authority
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Complex analysis and problem-solving skills.
