- Perform clerical and administrative support for Marketing and Retail Operations.
- Provide direct office support to Retail Trade Group of the Sales and Marketing Department..
- Maintain the retail fling system.
- Taking client calls and maintaining the inventory and logistics delivery planning.
- Carry out specific Retail projects as requested by the store/branch.
- Point of contact for promodisers/merchandisers at all times.
- Reviewing weekly performance including attendance of store locations and branches.
- Report weekly progress of store branches and resolve issues immediately.
- Liaiase with suppliers and branch staff.
- Ensure that all files are updated as per requirement and filed correctly.
- Ensure that all customer calls are answered and attended immediately.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
- Keep all data up to date.
- Perform other functions as directed by the Sales and Marketing Head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any course
- 6 months to 1 year expereince of Retail expoure is preferred
- Knowledgeable with basic internet applications (MS Office, Social Media Marketing, Viber)
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
