- Handles school's financial transactions and record keeping
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Coordinate cash flow and report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Monitor office expenses; tally and enter cash receipts, monitor overdue accounts
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with timekeeping for payroll, operating and business taxes
- Perform other management mandated duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and reports
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Quickbooks
- Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
