- Supports and develops safety policies and programs
- Conducts risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
- Initiate and organize safety trainings and activities for employees and executives
- Inspects premises and personnel to identify issues of non-conformity to safety policies
- Records and investigates accidents
- Prepares reports on safety and security
- Performs other management mandated functions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course; Engineering and Nursing graduates are preferred but not required
- Must be a licensed Safety Officer with COSH training
- Must have at least 1 year experience as Safety Officer in a construction setting
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Diligent with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
