- Control purchasing function to ensure that government permits are secured and shipments are release on time.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all the shipping advice and document prior forwarding to broker for customs processing through regular import channel or through custom bonded warehouse facilities.
- Organize and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
- Monitor payment processing ensures all required documents are attached prior submission to accounting department for payments.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business related course.

With 3-4 years working experience in same capacity.
-
Experience in dealing with different government agencies is an advantage.
