The job purpose of the Logistics Officer is to develop a thorough understanding of customers’ delivery requirements and patterns, and suppliers’ shipment patterns as follows: 1) Reviews and processes day to day outgoing delivery operations and incoming shipment activities; and 2) Coordinates and schedules the appropriate delivery of stock items with the Inventory Department and Sales Distribution Department.
