Project Coordinator  

The Project Coordinator role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients are satisfied. Ready Set offers Bandwidth Expander (BX) services to our clients where clients provide detailed tasks to be performed by Ready Set editors and designers. The role will work with Account Managers, Creative Directors, Editors and Designer to make sure client BX request are being handled to their satisfaction in timely manner.

The role reports to the COO and is responsible for achieving the following key results:

• Continually monitor client requests on their project management board (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.). Review and clarify requests as necessary.
• Ensure that client is not exceeding their maximum number of concurrent tasks
• Copy client requests to Ready Set’s Asana board with appropriate Owner, Priority and Due Dates
• Update Ready Set and Client boards with comments and current status of the request
• Review deliverables prior to sharing with client to ensure they will meet client expectations
• Deliver approved deliverables to storage folders using specific instructions from client
• Reach out to appropriate Creative Director when uncertain about a design implementation
• Escalate any client related issues to the Account Manager

• 2 years of project management experience
• Experience working with project management tools such as Asana
• Working with and moving large data files using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
• Understanding of design a plus
• Must be willing to work any shift schedule
