Data Management Specialist | Pooling  

We are looking for a Data Management Specialist that could map customer data ID’s as provided by Client to specific audience profiles across multiple platforms in order to build custom targeted audiences for campaigns.

Responsibilities

As a Data Management Specialist you are assigned to:

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
• Utilize both native and non-native provided software for work completion.
• Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of data.
• Interact with customers/clients and other teams to obtain data requirements for new and existing applications.
• Audit data on a regular basis and ensure data integrity.
• Perform data management activities in accordance with client/customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and correct data errors.
• Record completed data entry forms and requests as needed.
• Address any issues, questions, and problems in an accurate and timely manner.

• Must be a college graduate of any course.
• 1+ years of professional experience within the data entry function or relevant experience
• Average to Intermediate Excel Skills
• Strong detail orientation and organization skills
• Effectively collaborate cross-functionally on client requests
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Background in ad operations or digital field a huge plus
• Must be willing to work any shift schedule
• Can work in a fast paced environment.
• Amenable to work-from-home.
