Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant  

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant will be involved in the entire software development life cycle including pre-sales, design, development, testing, and support to deliver and ensure successful business capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end-users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365
• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high-quality business solutions on CRM platform
• Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following the proper methodology for development, installation, and maintenance
• Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
• Coordinate with clients to address technical issues and provide long term solutions in a timely manner.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree holder in the related field.
• At least 3 years of extensive experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) involving requirements gathering, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementation of various applications specializing in Microsoft Technologies.
• Sound knowledge in Dynamics 365 CRM Entities, Workflows, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, Configurations, Customization Development, Integration Development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, and CRM Solutions File Management.
• Microsoft Certifications are a huge plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands
• Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels
