Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide the team with status report on projects and client needs and discuss these with the Account Manager/Account Director and creative team
- Provide creative team with job orders assigned
- Prepare creative briefs
- Set up meetings and coordinate with clients
- Assist the Account Manager/Account Director in overseeing the status of projects
- Document client meetings
- Assist in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and project team
- Help secure new business and present status reports of potential leads to the Account Manager/Director
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Conduct desktop research
- Provide creative team with job orders assigned
- Track client deadlines and submissions made with clients
- Monitor broadsheets and other media for Whitewall Design Studio Corp.
- Document brainstorming sessions with Whitewall Creative Team
- Take a lead in project management by handling clients and branding programs
- Assist in marketing the company and generating leads for new clients
- Write and present necessary reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of work experience in client relations.
- At least 1 year experience in interfacing with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Team player
- Proven work experience as in handling accounts/clients
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BSC degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
