Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of all the warehouse and logistics and supply chain operations of the group of companies.
- Ensure an organized and efficient system in monitoring and storage and distribution of goods.
- Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and distribution
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four-year course
- At least 5-year experience as Supervisor handling warehouse, logistics, supply chain, dispatching from a pharmaceutical or distribution company
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- High leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Very good forecasting skills:
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Can deal with people at all levels;
- Very keen to details and systematic;
- Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
