Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Liaises with Clients with regards to Sales and Payments
- Receive Client payments and issue necessary documents for all sales
- Monitor client payments through all payment channels and remind clients of their monthly payments due
- Facilitate deposit of all collections in coordination with Treasury
- Closely monitor defaulting clients and issue reminders for defaults
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to maintain an updated inventory of units for sale.
- Prepare collection reports and other reports required by Management
- Other tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Female
- 25-35 years old
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- With atleast 2-3 years experience in the position
- Specialization: Billing and collection process cycles
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
