Sales Operations Officer  

• Reports – Prepare, gather, consolidate, analyze and present sales reports. There are daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Sales Review Meetings – Organize and moderate all sales review meetings. Manage meeting agenda, responsibilities, and flow. Identify, disseminate, follow up timely completion of action items.
• Sales Pipeline – Consolidate pipeline information from salespeople and inside sales team. Ensure pipeline information is updated and accurate. Prepare pipeline reports.
• Sales Measures – Prepare and present sales measures reports.
• Sales Process – Monitor sales process of salespersons across different countries, anticipate and address potential delays, troubleshoot bottlenecks and issues, and support the efficient and effective execution of the sales process.
• Inside Sales – Manage the inside sales team.

The candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A graduate of Business, Engineering, Finance or related course
• Experience in a sales or marketing, operations, BPO or related function
• At least three (3) years relevant work experience. At least 2 years in the supervisorial role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Candidate must be able to present well and write reports in English
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluency with Excel formulas, data sorting, formatting is highly preferred.
• Process and quality oriented.
• Has strong good people management skills. Can work in situations which involve authority and leadership to meet targets, deadlines, and conflicts.
• Can work independently.
• Willingness to work long hours, when necessary.
