Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage administration concerns for department including but not limited to department petty cash fund, liquidation reports, processing required purchases and departmental filing, collections, and coordinations with external and internal communications.
- Assist the department in the timely management of all communication, both written and by phone, email or other medium, with a variety of constituents.
- Communicate department plans, schedules, directives, etc., to internal contacts, external contacts, and personal contacts as required.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting notes.
- Follow up on key tasks and deliverables from assigned persons or departments.
- Prepare agendas.
- Attend meetings and transcribing correspondence from notes.
- Coordinate preparation of materials for meetings as appropriate.
- Maintain administration and departmental files of the department.
- Conduct research that will enable her/him to provide support that is current and relevant to the department.
- Constantly learn about new tools — systems, software, hardware, technologies, best practices, etc. — that can improve the operations of the department.
- Assist the Department Manager in the preparation of their reports, including but not limited to the collation and preparation of accurate data for their analysis, reviewing submitted data for completion and accuracy, report formatting and dissemination.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
