Duties and Responibilities:
- Teach the team to acquire more prospects and negotiate sales.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
- Conduct monthly meetings to track progress and development.
- Meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory and accounts.
- Build up a better customer relationship, understand their needs, and try to make them satisfied without compromising with the company profits.
- Continuously motivate the sales team and inspire them to stay focused on the company’s goals.
- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of the sales team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented.
- Results-oriented.
- Dynamic and highly motivated.
- With a strong drive for excellence, so as to consistently meet the company's expectations.
