Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Install and configure computer software and hardware
- Manage network devices, servers and technology tools
- Set up user accounts and workstations
- Monitor the performance and maintain the system according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages related to servers, network, workstations etc.
- Ensure servers, workstations and systems security
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Make sure Company, Compliance and IT Policies are being practiced
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Have 2 or more years of job experience related to IT Administration or IT Technical Support
- Knowledge in LAN and WAN technologies
- Must be Proficient in Windows operating system
- Must be Knowledgeable in Active Directory
- Familiarity in Ubuntu Linux Operating System is a plus
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
- CCNA certification is a plus
- Result-oriented
