Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistics forecasts to the management team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- We are are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our Company competitive and innovative.
- Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience working in wholesales and retail business and or distribution;
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Must be able to work under pressure while being fast and proactive;
- Must have good leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Must exude confidence, patience, politeness, and professionalism;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Salary is negotiable.
