- Develops and maintains Sales activities in his/her assigned outlets/areas in order to increase the flow of VFI products through the wholesale/retail trade and institutional accounts, thus, achieving established sales budget.
- Develops key accounts and transacts with key customers to improve market positioning and ensure 100% achievement versus target.
- Oversees the day to day activities of all merchandisers, push-girls, and HOS Sellers assigned under his area of responsibility.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a graduate of any 4-year course (preferably business related).
- With Key Accounts selling experience is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle (with valid Driver’s license RC # 1,2).
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment.
- Ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies.
- Can work well under pressure and has professional conduct.
- Honest and highly trustworthy.
