• Ensuring positions are adequately staffed

• Ensuring that operations are run according to Krispy Kreme standards

• Ensuring that employees are doing their jobs correctly

• Preparing for the start of an assigned shift

• Performing tasks assigned to absent employees

• Scheduling

• Other duties as assigned
